• Bank account details for BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or other Philippine banks used for deposits or withdrawals;
• Transaction history, including deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, dates, and payment method references;
• Source of funds declarations where required for anti-money laundering compliance.

3.4 Technical Data

• IP address and approximate geolocation at the time of login and transactions;
• Device type, operating system, and browser information;

07 Data Sharing & Disclosure

f3jl does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients only to the extent necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:

7.1 Service Providers

f3jl engages trusted third-party service providers to assist in operating the platform, including KYC and identity verification providers, payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and others), cloud hosting providers, fraud detection services, and customer support technology providers. All service providers are contractually bound to process your data only on f3jl's instructions and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

7.2 Regulatory Authorities

f3jl may disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), and other Philippine government authorities where required by law, court order, or regulatory directive.

7.4 Business Transfers

08 Data Retention

f3jl retains your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the duration of your account relationship with f3jl and for a period thereafter as required by applicable law.

If f3jl becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, it will immediately close the associated account and delete the relevant personal data in accordance with applicable regulations.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a person under 21 has registered an account on f3jl or provided personal data to f3jl, please contact f3jl support immediately so that appropriate action can be taken.

13 International Data Transfers

f3jl primarily stores and processes personal data within the Philippines.
